The duration of the sale will largely depend on the location, property type and pricing strategy. On average, selling a home can take between 5 and 8 months.

  • Legal entity, deed of incorporation, and power of attorney 
  • Copy of the deed of sale 
  • Copy of the nota simple informativa (a non-certified extract) from the Property Registry 
  • Last IBI receipt 
  • Last waste management tax receipt   
  • Last Home Owners Association fee receipt   
  • Energy Efficiency Certificate     
  • First Occupation License
